I own and operate a small cafe in mid Ohio, and Fire Dept. Coffee is one of my coffee suppliers. Their Donut Shop coffee is a standard daily favorite of my customers! I also use exclusively the Backdraft Espresso for all of our specialty coffee! Last, I am in the sticker club. I use my monthly subscription points for swag that I use in the cafe or give to loyal customers. Our cafe gives 10% of all black coffee sales to our local fire department, so I am PROUD to serve Fire Dept. Coffee and give back to First Responders through what we purchase and through our revenue!! Buy coffee with a purchase, and it's DELICIOUS!!
Brilliant quality gear, had a few t-shirts and caps from these guys and coffee mugs, not had any problems yet. Really good website easy to navigate, the customer service team are always nice and polite. And being a firefighter myself I love the message and support these guys offer out through what they’ve built. Amazing company.
I like the tastes of Fire Department Coffees. Dark, Medium, Espresso, and Coffee Shop Roasts are my favorites. The Spirit infused Coffee was not for me even though it is of very high quality. I was WOWED when Customer service arranged to instantly replace my spirit infused Coffees, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Now, that is great Customer Service. I will return to buy more Fire Department Coffees, and I truly recommend these Coffees to anyone

Being a USN veteran myself, I initially began purchasing coffee and merchandise just because of the thought that they give back to sick and injured fire fighters. But WHOA BABY!, when I tasted the coffee, I was hooked and will NOT be going back to what I use to drink. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YA'LL, because you've got another lifetime supporter!!!
Is coffee a food? In my world it is and Fire Department Coffee is now part of my morning routine. Smells and tastes Heavenly. Customer service both in their Riverside location and on line are excellent. My organization at Wright-Patterson AFB have been drinking Fire Department Coffee exclusively now for just about a month and have had NOTHING BUT POSITIVE feedback on the coffee they provide us! The service is excellent as well, we have ordered 3 fairly large orders (all over 100), they all have arrived within the timeframe specified (or before) and are all in perfect shape (no damage at all). The crew here likes a variety, so I ordered the Variety Pack again yesterday, along with a 5lb Bag of Shellback, by popular request I might add... We're not a "large" organization, so our "Coffee Club" only has about 10 paid "Members", but many people just stop by and buy a cup when they are around. Regardless, they ALL say the coffee is GREAT! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
From my first order several years ago to today, Fire Department Coffee personnel have been extremely responsive to my requests for extra shipments or needing to delay shipments. Always friendly and ready to help. Oh yeah, great coffee choices, by the way! Only decaf I've tried that comes close to tasting like regular coffee. Coffee of the month club gives me a chance to try coffee I wouldn't get otherwise.
Amazing company overall. Quality clothing, top tier coffee, tumblers are solid for work, I have to many stickers to count, and yet I keep ordering them lol. Really love their rotating monthly club that supports various departments around the country. As someone who is a cancer survivor and works in the fire service it’s amazing the work FDC does. Keep fighting the good fight and of course bringing the that good coffee to the masses!
